Who can order from Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors?

We accept orders shipping to the following locations:
UPS is available for Continental USA Street addresses, no PO boxes
USPS Air Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.


Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada.
Minimum Canada Post shipping rate is 29.95. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST

International Orders
Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors’ shopping cart will not accept International addresses in either the shipping or billing fields. You may ship to your US/Canada freight consolidator providing your freight forwarders address is an approved delivery address as per your credit card company.

Enter your freight forwarders address as the billing address when checking out; advise your complete billing address including bank telephone number in the comments field. A credit card authorization form signature may be required.

What is Dropshipping?
Drop shipping enables any business to instantly expand inventory without a financial investment. Items are listed on e-commerce channels and once sold - are purchased online from Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors - we do the rest!

Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors drop ships to your customers without requiring a minimum order or drop shipping fee. If you yearn to offer a wider product variety but don’t want to invest in inventory that may or may not sell – then we invite you to expand your current offerings with quality wholesale gifts from Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors!

Dropship Order Handling
Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors ships all orders in 1-3 business days with a packing slip detailing the items and quantities ordered. Packing slips do not include our company name or any pricing information. You may type up a 60 character message in the gift message field when placing your order; your message appears first on the packing slip. Tracking information is received via email.

Dropshipping Requirements
Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors requires proof of your State sales tax registration to remove sales tax on your resale orders. Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping into California and Texas; we will remove your sales tax post sale and email a correct receipt. Do not email your tax number; we must have a physical copy. Please email a scanned copy or your State sales tax registration to Customer Service or fax to 1.855.394.4388.

If you do not have a state sales permit, you may purchase on a taxable basis (Applies to California and Texas deliveries only).

How to Place Dropship Orders
Once you receive an order, simply place your dropship order at EastwindGifts.com. Your order will ship directly to your customer; however, correct billing information is required to prevent your order from being rejected. Type your customers shipping information in the shipping fields and your billing information in the billing fields. Receipts and tracking information will be received at the email address used at order placement so be sure to use your email address and phone number and not the recipient’s. Include your personalized fifty character message in the gift field (optional). If the order is shipping to California, type your sales tax id in the Sales Tax ID/EIN field. Your order is not complete until you “send order” and receive a confirmation page. If you have not submitted your sales tax registration, orders shipping into California will maintain the 7.50% sales tax charge. If you have submitted valid sales tax documentation, a second receipt will arrive via email. Tracking numbers will be emailed in 1-3 business days.

Including Your Company Name in Dropship Orders
A gift message field is provided to include your company name or message. We do not include any company marketing materials or create company packslips. Your gift message may include up to 60 characters that will appear on the first line of the order packing slip. Please enter your message carefully as customer service does not correct typographical errors.

Calculating Freight Rates
Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors calculates shipping charges based on order amount. Please take a moment to view our Shipping Information.

How to Track Dropship Orders
You will receive your tracking number via email in 1-3 business days to forward to your customer but we recommend registering for an Account to view your entire order history at your convenience.

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you place your order. The confirmation will include an order summary and your order number. If you received a "please print this page for your records" receipt and no email confirmation, an incorrect email address was used in order placement. Please contact us.

    Can I change my order?

    We are committed to delivering your purchases promptly, orders are readied for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to make changes to your order including changing quantities, adding or removing items or changing shipping methods.     I made a mistake in my order address, can I cancel my order?

    We're sorry, orders are billed and packed immediately and we cannot retrieve your package from the shipping container. We can attempt to initiate a UPS intercept allowing us to change your address information. The following fees will apply.

    UPS Intercept Fee $11.00 per box.
    One time customer service fee $4.00.
    Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.

    If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

    How will I know when my order has shipped?

    When will I receive my order?

    We ship from Los Angeles, CA. All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing.

    If your order is returned to us refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

    What happens if I receive damaged or missing merchandise?



    Claims for damaged or missing merchandise are accepted once per order. Please report any damages or shortages to Customer Service (cs@eastwindgifts.com) within 10 days of order delivery. It is important to inspect all of your merchandise before submitting a claim as amended or second claims are not accepted.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, damaged or missing merchandise is eligible to receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

    Canada orders are refund only due to brokerage and freight costs.

    International shipments are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.

    How do I return my order?

    Returns must be authorized to be received at the warehouse, unauthorized packages are refused.

    Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Customer Service. Please include your order or invoice number.

    Authorized returns are received at the warehouse up to 30 days from purchase date. When the merchandise is received you will receive a merchandise refund less a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in the original product boxes and include a copy of the invoice received with your order. Orders not received within 30 days of purchase date will be refused. Merchandise damaged by inadequate shipping packing will not be refunded.

    Packages not authorized for return will be refused.

    What are the Terms of Sale?

    What is California Proposition 65?

    Items that include a "California Proposition 65 – see FAQ's" are not Proposition 65 compliant. These products are required to meet applicable federal standards for food safety. However, the materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of certain products may contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Any product with a California Prop 65 Warning falls into this category.
