Order Cancellations
To ensure excellent service, orders are readied for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Incorrectly Addressed & Non-Deliverable Orders
UPS offers an Intercept Service to correct packages that have been shipped incorrectly The fee for Intercept Service is $11.00 per box. Customer service fee is a one time fee of $4.00. Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.

Shipping to the Continental United States
Eastwind Wholesale Gift Distributors offers competitive shipping rates based on order amount. Orders sub-totaling $2,000.00 or more are freight capped at 8%. The shopping cart will not apply shipping charges over $2,000.00 - the 8% freight charge will be added to your merchandise total after check out. The new invoice total will be emailed.
Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Post Office. UPS
SurePost service requires an additional day delivery time for Postal tendering. UPS SurePost orders may deliver on Saturday.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
